In the event a promotion has no available qualified participants, no alternative prize or drawing will be substituted and will result in the forfeiture of the intended promotional prize. All applicable taxes relating to winning any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative wins of $600 & over in a single calendar year will receive a 1099. Winners are responsible for any titles or licenses for any of the prizes. Winner will receive a W2G, provided by Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos, only when applicable. Fraudulent use of a GTR&C Players Club card may result in forfeit of discounts, points, drawing entries, and/or other benefits.
