 Must be a Grand Rewards Players Club Member. Membership is free. Must be 18 years of age. All Rewards Play prizes are valid for seven (7) days, including the date issued. Must be present to win. Winners must present a valid photo identification and a Grand Rewards Players Club Card. All promotional items forfeited by casino-banned or self-banned patrons must be awarded to an eligible casino guest in a manner approved by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians Gaming Commission. All guests who are self-banned or casino-banned are ineligible to earn entries or claim prizes for this promotion. The Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected mail notifying guests of this promotion. In the event a promotion has no available qualified participants, no alternative prize or drawing will be substituted and will result in the forfeiture of the intended promotional prize. All applicable taxes relating to winning any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative wins of $600 & over in a single calendar year will receive a 1099. A Social Security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal to or greater than $100 (refer to http://www.irs.gov./ on the IRS website).  Winners are responsible for any titles or licenses for any of the prizes. The winner will receive a W2G, provided by Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos, only when applicable. Fraudulent use of Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation Players Club card may result in forfeit of discounts, points, drawing entries, and/or other benefits. Winners agree  Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation, its affiliates and related companies, directors, advertising agencies and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of prize awarded herein. The interpretation of the rules, eligibility, etc. is the sole discretion of the  Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation and all decisions are final. Downtime due to system maintenance or outage may limit promotional participation. Promotions will resume upon restoration of systems and/or services. Guest participation in this promotion allows  Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation the right to use any photos for marketing and promotional purposes. Promotional properties considered to be tampered with will be removed and/or replaced. Prize(s) and entries into this promotion are non-transferrable. The following are prohibited from participating in any promotional activity: employees of Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation, associates of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians deemed ineligible as set forth by any policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who is currently banned from any of the  Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation gaming facilities; anyone who is restricted from participating in the Grand Rewards Players Club; and/or any promotional sponsors.
