This one-of-a-kind five-course dinner features some of the finest bourbons paired with specialty-crafted dishes from award-winning Chef, James Broome and the Bourbons 72 culinary staff. Menu highlights include: nasturtium pan seared A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, Oyster Rockefeller, scallion shrimp Gremolata, bacon wrapped Tournedos, beef carpaccio, spiked raspberry sorbet, mini pecan tartlet, and so much more!
