What time is check-in? Can I get an early check-in?
You can check-in any time after 4:00 PM. Early check-in is always based on availability and room inspections. Please contact the front desk prior to your stay to see if an early check-in is available.

What time is check-out? Can I get a late check-out?
Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Top tiers can take advantage of a late checkout of 1:00 PM for Onyx players and 12:00 PM for Pinnacle players.
Where can I check-in?
Guests can check-in at the front desk at the hotel, located on level 3 from the casino floor or the hotel main entrance.
Is there currently room service?
No, at this time Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel does not offer room service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations of reservations must be made at least one day (24 hours prior to arrival day) to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to one night stay of the reservation. Please contact our front desk at (231) 534-8880 for assistance.
Can you smoke at Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel?
We do not allow smoking on the casino floor or in the hotel rooms at this time. However, smoking is permitted at designated outdoor areas, as well as inside our Onyx Bar located on the third level from the gaming floor.
Do the hotel rooms have refrigerators or microwaves?
YES! whether you're lookig to warm up with a snack after a late night at the tables or unwind with a chilled afternoon beverage, we've got you covered with a microwave and mini fridge in every room!
How old do you have to be to visit your casino?
Guests must be 18 years or older to play and 21 years or older to book a hotel room.

Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) is only 20 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino.
Do you offer shuttle pickup from the airport?
We do not offer a shuttle service from the airport. However, Traverse City has Lyft, Uber, and several taxi services available for your convenience.

When did Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel Open?
Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel was opened by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians on June 14, 1996. After undergoing a major renovation, we opened our doors again on June 17, 2008!

Bets can be placed inside Caesars Sportsbook at Turtle Creek Casino at the windows during staffed hours or kiosks during select hours. Additional Kiosks are located throughout Turtle Creek Casino and at Leelanau Sands Casino.

If you are placing a bet of $999.99 or under, you do not need a Caesars Rewards® card to place a bet at our kiosks. All bets placed on our kiosks of $1,000 or more will require a Caesars Rewards® card.

How do I log into the app using my Grand Rewards players club account?
Open the Turtle Creek Casino app on your smartphone. Within the log in page, enter your Grand Rewards Club number in “Grand Rewards Player ID #” field. In the “Four-Digit PIN #” field, enter your four-digit PIN. Click “LOGIN” button to enter account scene. Please note, you must have an active Grand Rewards Players Club Card to sign into the app. If you do not have an account, you will not be able to sign in to the app. If you are having issues signing in or would like to become a Grand Rewards players club member, give us a call at 800-922-2946.
What are the benefits to logging into the Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel app?
While logging into the app is not necessary, players who log in with their Grand Rewards Players Club Card will be able to see their tier level, account number, point balance, and available Instant Rewards 24/7. Players will also be able to opt-in for push notifications to receive special mobile-only offers and alerts.

When I try to navigate through the app, I receive a “content not available” error. What should I do?
