CURRENT PLAYERS CLUB MEMBERS
Select qualified players will receive the mailer game piece.
Players who receive mailer game piece are welcome to visit Players Club every Thursday during the designated times.
Players may bring in their original game piece each promotional day to reveal up to four (4) total prizes.
NEW PLAYERS CLUB MEMBERS
Individuals who have never previously been enrolled in the Players Club may receive one (1) promotional game piece by signing up in person during a valid promotion day.
New players may then return with their original game piece each promotional day to reveal up to four (4) total prizes.
How to Redeem
Players must present a valid government-issued photo ID and Players Club card.
Game pieces must be opened in front of Guest Services staff to be valid.
Pull tabs opened before reaching Guest Services will be considered void.
Limit one (1) game piece redemption per person, per promotional day.
Prizes must be used the day of redemption.
Must be a Grand Rewards Players Club Member. Membership is free. Must be 18 years of age. All Rewards Play prizes are valid for seven (7) days, including the date issued. Must be present to win. In the event a promotion has no available qualified participants, no alternative prize or drawing will be substituted and will result in the forfeiture of the intended promotional prize. All applicable taxes relating to winning any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative wins of $600 & over in a single calendar year will receive a 1099. A Social Security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal to or greater than $100 (refer to http://www.irs.gov./ on the IRS website). Fraudulent use of Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation Players Club card may result in forfeit of discounts, points, drawing entries, and/or other benefits. Winners agree Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation, its affiliates and related companies, directors, advertising agencies and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of prize awarded herein. The interpretation of the rules, eligibility, etc. is the sole discretion of the Grand Traverse Band Economic Development Corporation and all decisions are final.
