EXISTING MEMBERS
Players who qualified for the current month’s Grand News & Inactive Mailers will receive the mailer game piece.
Players who received a mailer game piece are welcome to visit the Guests Services area at Turtle Creek Casino, Leelanau Sands Casino, or Crystal Shores Casino each promotional day during the designated times.
Players may bring the original mailer game piece to Guest Relations each promotional day to reveal up to four (4) prizes.
NEW MEMBERS
Individuals who have never previously been enrolled in the Players Club may receive one (1) promotional game piece by signing up in person at Guest Services area during a valid promotion day.

How to Redeem
Players must present a valid government-issued photo ID and Players Club card.
Game pieces must be opened in front of Guest Services staff to be valid.
Pull tabs opened before reaching Guest Services will be considered void.
Limit one (1) game piece redemption per person, per promotional day.
Must be a Grand Rewards Players Club Member. Membership is free. Must be 18 years of age. All Rewards Play prizes are valid for seven (7) days, including the date issued. Must be present to win. In the event a promotion has no available qualified participants, no alternative prize or drawing will be substituted and will result in the forfeiture of the intended promotional prize. All applicable taxes relating to winning any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative wins of $600 & over in a single calendar year will receive a 1099.
