All applicable taxes relating to winning any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative wins of $600 & over in a single calendar year will receive a 1099. A Social Security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal to or greater than $100 (refer to http://www.irs.gov./ on the IRS website).  Winners are responsible for any titles or licenses for any of the prizes. The winner will receive a W2G, provided by Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos, only when applicable.
