Can I bring my pet to Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel?

We are pleased to welcome trained registered service animals, but pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the casino or hotel.

Is there a pet fee?

We do not charge a fee for registered service animals. If a guest is caught bringing in a pet or emotional support animal that is prohibited, they will incur a penalty fee of $250 per night and guest may be restricted from future hotel stays.

I’m traveling with a service animal. Do I need to tell someone at Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel?

Yes, please notify the front desk staff at check-in if you are traveling with a registered service animal. If the tasks your service animal performs are not obvious, a guest service representative may ask if your animal is required because of a disability and what work the animal is trained to perform.
