What time is check-in? Can I get an early check-in?
You can check-in any time after 4:00 pm. Early check-in is always based on availability and room inspections. Please contact the front desk prior to your stay to see if an early check-in is available.
What time is check-out? Can I get a late check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 am. Top tiers can take advantage of a late check-out of 1:00 pm for Onyx players and 12:00 pm for Pinnacle players.
Where can I check-in to my room?
Guests can check-in at the front desk at the hotel, located on level 3 from the casino floor or the hotel main entrance.
May I smoke in my room? Where may I smoke?
Yes, we offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. You are also able to smoke on your patio.
Do the hotel rooms have refrigerators or microwaves?
No. However, they are available for a small fee. Please contact the front desk to request a refrigerator or microwave prior to your stay.
How old do you have to be to visit your casino?
18 years or older to play, 21 years or older to book a hotel room (or Players Club members who have received a voucher). Plus, children under 18 can visit the restaurants when accompanied by an adult.

Turtle Creek Casino is located only 40 miles from Michigan’s most beautiful shoreline.
Where is the closest airport?
Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) is only 20 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino.
Do you offer shuttle pickup from the airport?
We do not offer a shuttle service. However, Traverse City does have Lyft, Uber and several taxi services available for your convenience.
